With a background in outcomes measurement, evaluation, research service design and strategic thinking, Karen brings a suite of skills to quilibri. Her work in domestic violence, child and family and youth mental health organisations has provided deep expertise in these disciplines, and helped develop her unique trauma-informed approach to organisational leadership.
